All sales made on our website are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless there is a mistake made during shipping or the product is defective. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund or exchange process.

To request a refund or exchange, please send us an email at support@illumivision.us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and contact you with further instructions on how to proceed.

If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that there is a $10 refund fee and refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

In the event of a defective product, we may send you a new product free of charge or issue a refund; however, we reserve the right to request that the defective product be returned to us before issuing a refund or exchange.
